Join Izzy VanHall and Lotsie Cash for this special SNO-GA Retreat! We will dive deep into the elements of Water and Wood, which represent the seasons of Winter and Spring. This transition time of year is a great opportunity to (re)connect with nature, retreat, reflect and prepare for spring with integrity and intention. Enjoy daily yoga classes, delicious meals, thai massage, fireside chats, a day of ski/snowboarding at Mt Bachelor and plenty of time to just relax, unwind and enjoy nature.

What you get: Daily yoga classes, 1 Mt Bachelor day included (option to add more days at an additional cost), healthy and fresh prepared meals daily, ample time to relax, unwind, get in the hot tub and/or sauna, enjoy nature and unplug. Ski/snowboard lessons available for an additional cost. Gear available at an additional cost–we encourage you to bring your own gear if possible to save time and money. 

Where you’ll stay: Immersed in nature, the spectacular Lodge overlooks the beautiful and private Tumalo Lake. Huge windows in every room provide a tree-house sensation with amazing views of nature in every direction. Large wrap-around decks, private hot tub, and comfortable Adirondack rockers allow for relaxing in the fresh air while taking in the gorgeous natural surroundings and views. Access to the Spa Trail additional hot tub and sauna nestled in the woods.
